I ordered an Old School S Pendant on a silver chain from Gusto NYC, and I am blown away by the attention to detail! I almost forgot what I ordered because the packaging and presentation were such an experience in themselves!

Beautifully wrapped in paper, with a branded velvet pouch, FIVE stickers, a scratch ticket, a gorgeous letterpress thank-you card, and a thoughtfully designed card sharing the history of the Gusto NYC logo. Even the paper stock felt luxurious.

As someone who appreciates great design, branding, typography, and quality materials, I was genuinely impressed. Every element felt intentional, creative, and beautifully executed. From the jewelry to the packaging, Gusto NYC clearly understands that the customer experience begins long before you put on the piece.
